FUCHUANG GROUP has its own state-of-the-art 32,000 sq. m. production facility, one of the country¡¯s biggest processing, manufacturing and R & D bases in the rubber industry. The co***ny has 16 CNCs, 8 EDMs, 4 Mixing rolls,2 Mixing mill, 72 vacuum forming machines, 16 injection machines,8 digital cutters and so on. This makes us one of the few co***nies in the world who are operating a mass production rubber processing line with a capacity of producing 200 millions of rubber parts in a month.
ERP and the deployment of 7S methodologies are evident in the workplace and are highly praised by customers who visit the factory and has rubber parts to the increase in customer visits. The "Lean Factory" process will transform FUCHUANG into a competitive weapon and has shaped the co***ny¡¯s brand identity and improved product quality as well as significantly reduced wastage.
Our R & D team consists of 50 engineers on design, development capabilities, and core technology. Meanwhile, the engineering team is involved in structural, mechanical and molding design. They bring onboard an average of 8 years of experience in professional design, some of which are for renowned multinational co***nies.
